Not really, but now that I got your attention, you might as well read the rest of my post😂
Yesterday we finally managed to make a trip down to Tandy Leather, my supplies have been getting very slim. I've made alot of cool new products the last few weeks and have many more waiting on standby.
Mostly I went for hardware for some future projects I have planned. It's the little things that add up, and wouldn't you know it today I got a ad from Tandy for a big sale coming next week....smh🤦♀️
Of course it's physically impossible for me to go into Tandy and not walk out with at least one big beautiful side of leather.
This georgeous chunk of cow skin is already being sliced and diced into more manageable pieces.
It is destined to become a large duffle bag for a portable podcasting kit for Norseman's new podcast....Socially Disabled Veterans Podcast.
It is available on iTunes, spotify and a whole lot of other podcast platforms, in addition to a video version on YouTube. Like, subscribe and share if you would.
As you can see this is a Yuge pattern! So far I have only cut out the strap pieces, you can see the patterns for them on the right. All the patterns on the left still need to get cut from the roll of leather in the background. Even though I am being very frugal with waste, there probably won't be much left of this leather by the time I'm finished with it.
For now, I'm calling it a night and will be back at it before the sun comes up. Enjoy your evening, thanks for reading and don't forget to check out the new podcast, Socially Disabled.
